Haeremai
takatāKia ora to registered user No 47 (the most energetic new user we have welcomed for some time). I think I know who you are without looking any further than your list of contributions! You talked to my mother's cousin in PN recently, right?

Ka Pai
takatāHi Robin, thanks for the Haere mai! That's right, in about August 2003 although it was only a brief phone chat unfortunately. I actually ended up talking longer on the phone to YOU (sitting in my car in the carpark across the road from Plimmerton shops.) It was a pity that I was pressed for time and wasn't able to stick around longer to meet you while I was there before I had to hit the road.

Aotea's iwi
takatāThanks for the Ngati Rehua substub, John. I used my not-too-secret modelpages, and a brief web search, to move it up to stub status. Lots of colons with blank lines after them: you may be able to fill in some of those gaps, but maybe an email to Mervyn McGee would fill in even more. You might even persuade him that the unfinished parts of his very promising website could be temporarily bypassed if he told all the tribe that news and other current matters would appear on the 2005 page of Wikipedia and that the iwi page itself was wide open for iwi members to expand. Kia ora. Robin Patterson 06:45, 11 Apr 2005 (UTC)
