Machine translations

We do not allow machine translations on this version of Wikipedia; they are not sufficiently accurate. I understand the English Wikipedia has a similar policy; you can use machine translation to help, but you must carefully examine its output. You need to have a good grasp of te reo to do this. Also, the article you created at Kākāpō, apparently using Google Translate, preserved many calls to templates which exist in the English Wikipedia but not in the Māori Wikipedia and had many reference errors, which indicates you did not pay sufficient attention to the result.-gadfium (talk) 05:34, 27 Pēpuere 2024 (UTC)Reply
