El teleférico de Quito es uno de los proyectos más ambiciosos emprendidos en los últimos años, una opción que además de agregar un atractivo turístico a la ciudad se convierte en uno de los más importantes y completos de Latinoamérica integrando a la capital en la dinámica de las grandes metrópolis de la región. Este mega proyecto que además del teleférico presenta alternativas de diversión y entretenimiento consta de 160 hectáreas.

El viaje en teleférico es una experiencia inolvidable ya que parte desde las faldas del Pichincha a la altura de La Gasca a 2.950 metros de altura y sube una distancia en línea recta de 2.500 metros lineales arribando a Cruz Loma a 4.050 metros de altura. Durante el trayecto de alrededor de ocho minutos se puede apreciar todo el esplendor de la ciudad de Quito, sus hermosos paisajes y el crecimiento urbanístico que ha tenido la misma. 18 cabinas con una medida de 1,60 metros de ancho por 2 de alto, elaboradas en acrílico polarizado, con capacidad para seis personas, son las encargadas de llevar a los visitantes en este viaje especial y lleno de emoción. Las cabinas saldrán en forma indefinida con una separación de 300 metros entre cada una para que los visitantes accedan de una forma rápida a este nuevo atractivo de la ciudad.
