Scope of category takatā
One day we will have to decide whether this category should be opened up to leaders worldwide or should instead be restricted to Aotearoa. So I would like to see, eventually (written by someone with a good knowledge of the range of meanings of "rangatira"), a sentence on the category page defining its scope and maybe linking to similar categories such as Category:Tumuaki, Category:Kaiwhakahaere o rūnanga.
